The Scout screw counter aids manufacturers in identifying and rectifying expensive screw-fastening errors during assembly. Using a screw counter is akin to placing the eyes and ears of a quality control manager where they are most needed – in the assembly area. The Scout is engineered to detect issues such as cross-threading, omissions, incomplete rundowns, and cycle completion. It removes control of the assembly process from the operator's hands. The Scout can be powered by ET-30D, FT-30D, STC30 Plus, STC40, HTC-35, YFC-35D, or external power through an SMPS adapter (24VDC, 1A). It interfaces with transformers: STC30 Plus, STC40, HTC35, ET-30D, FT-30D, YFC-35D.
