DLRO 10X is a fully automatic instrument for low resistance measurement testing. It selects the most suitable test current up to 10 A d.c. to measure resistance from 0.1 microhms to 2000 ohms, on one of seven ranges.
Users can also manually oversee the measurement process with DLRO 10X's menu system which is controlled by a two-axis paddle allowing the user to select the maximum test current. Using its real-time download of results and on-board storage, users can later collect measurement data on a PC via the RS232 communications port. Up to 700 sets of results may be stored within DLRO 10X and complete with notes containing up to 200 characters.
Built into a strong, lightweight case it is equally at home in the lab or out in the field. A user is able to set high and low pass limits, thereby enabling simple go-no-go testing.
Ease of portability being crucial to entering small spaces, the instrument is supplied as standard with a Lithium Ion battery pack. The battery packs are interchangeable so that an exhausted battery may be recharged using the external charger. Although a full charge will take 4 hours, a fast charge mode allows the battery to be 90% charged within 2 1/2 hours. In addition an optional mains / line power supply is available. This enables the DLRO 10X located in a lab or on the manufacturing production line to be directly powered from 90V to 264V, 50/60Hz which ideal for repetitive testing applications.
