LVD2 Volt Light Detects Voltage Without Contact
Fluke's LVD2 volt light merges a non-contact AC voltage detector and an LED flashlight into a single, pen-like design. To use it, simply touch the tip to a terminal strip, outlet, or power cord. It boasts a dual sensitivity detection feature, where it turns blue when it's 1 inch to 5 inches (2.54 cm to 12.7 cm) away from the source and red when it detects voltage. With a CAT IV 600 V rating, the LVD2 is apt for both commercial and industrial uses.
VoltAlert Series
Fluke now offers three models of noncontact voltage detectors, making sure you have the right tool for the job.
- 1AC-A1-II - 90 V AC to 1000 V AC
- 2AC - 90 V AC to 900 V AC
- LVD2 - 90 V AC to 600 V AC
