PEP & CW Power, 450kHz-2.7GHz
Insertion-typeRF wattmeter designed to measure power flow and load match in 50 ohm coaxial transmissionlines. Intended for use on CW, AM, FM, SSB, TV, and pulse signals only. Containselectronic circuitry to accurately measure peak envelope power which is presentin amplitude modulated signals such as AM broadcast, single sideband and TVvideo transmitters. The circuitry operates from 2 standard 9V alkalinebatteries or an optional AC adaptor. Accurate CW and Peak Envelope (PEP)field power measurement over 450 kHz to 2.7 GHz and 100 mW to 10 kW. Usesindustry standard Bird elements with space to store 2 additional elements withinthe meter housing. Quick Change (QC) connectors to minimize the need foradaptors when making critical measurements.
