The METRISO 3000 Surface Resistance Test Kit capable of measuring a wide resistance range and complete the tests required for an ESD protection plan.

The METRISO 3000 has a wide testing range from 1KilaOhm to 1.2 TeraOhm and can be used for resistance measurements for point-to-point, resistance to ground, surface and volume resistance measurements. Measuring voltage can be set between 10 – 500V and also be varied if desired. The kit comes with two 5lb disc probes and has an integrated temperature and humidity gauge. The METRISO 3000 Surface Resistance Test Kit is a lab grade measurement device in accordance with ESD TR53, ANSI/ESD S4.1, ANSI/ESD S7.1, ANSI/ESD STM97.1, EC 61340-4-1, IEC 61340-2-3, IEC 61340-4-5 and others standards.

Create an ESD Control Element Database

All measured values can be stored in the internal memory of METRISO 3000 and, with the help of the included software, transferred to PC via USB cable. Up to 50,000 ESD control elements can be created and saved to the instrument’s flash memory. With the Electric Testing Center (ETC) software program readings can be handled, stored and measurement protocols can be printed.

The METRISO 3000 Test Kit can be supplemented with various probes; miniprobe (7220.840.SET) for control of e.g trays and conveyer lines, ringprobe (7220.880.SET) and handprobe for control of resistance to floors and shoes.
