Nordson EFD offers a wide range of reliable 2K dispensers. Lightweight and durable, these tools make applying two-component adhesives quick and easy.

EFD dispense guns combine intuitive operation with accurate, repeatable dispensing results. Nordson EFD 2K dispense guns work primarily with Nordson EFD rigid Side x Side cartridges and 380mL coaxial cartridges.

Pneumatic Dispense Guns

2K pneumatic dispense guns from Nordson EFD offer more power than manual dispense guns with greater control for applications that require a smooth bead of two-component (2K) material. These dispense guns are ideal for crack injection applications because they hold a constant pressure without overstressing the tool. They also tend to weigh less than cordless, battery-powered dispense guns.

EFD offers two types of 2K pneumatic dispense guns — standard, and multi-ratio guns. These guns are compatible with our rigid Side x Side cartridges.

Standard pneumatic dispense guns feature an ergonomic design. An air regulator on the handle controls the speed of the piston rods. A governor regulates the maximum pressure allowed to prevent cartridge failure. An easy-to-access toggle button allows for forward/reverse piston rod action. A top handle provides better control and easy maneuverability. Speed and forward/reverse controls on the handle allow for quick response times.

Multi-ratio pneumatic dispense guns feature interchangeable snap-in/snap-out push disks (sold separately) that simplify ratio conversions with little disassembly required. A patented alignment and splash-resistant plate stabilizes the cartridge to prevent cartridge tilt and fluid leakage.

These guns include an adjustable, heavy-duty aluminum air regulator and an air dump valve that stops material flow instantly. This gun also features a fluid level indicator.

Our standard pneumatic guns come in 300mL, 400mL, 450mL, 600mL, and 1500mL capacities and feature 1:1 and/or 2:1 mix ratios. Our versatile multi-ratio pneumatic guns can handle 10 or more volume capacities and simplify ratio conversions for dispensing a wide range of mix ratios. They come with either a wide or narrow cradle and 2.5" or 4.0" cylinder.
