The Fluke 80PK-25 SureGrip Piercing Temperature Probe is crafted for utilization in a variety of mediums including liquids, gels, and soft to semi-hard substances. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, it is apt for use in the food service industry. The probe's thermocouple junction is shielded from the tip to the handle by a stainless steel casing. It features a 40-inch (1-meter) cable that ends with a Type K miniature thermocouple connector with a pin spacing of 0.792-mm (.312-inch). The 80PK-25 is compatible with any instrument designed to measure temperature that can accommodate Type K thermocouples and has a miniature connector input.
