Oscilloscope users frequently encounter the challenge of measuring between two voltages that are not at earth ground. Differential probes are specifically designed to enable earth-grounded oscilloscopes to perform safe and accurate floating measurements between these points. The CT4447 Series probes convert floating signals into low-voltage, ground-referenced signals that can be safely displayed on any ground-referenced oscilloscope.
Compatible with oscilloscopes featuring a 1 MΩ input from all major manufacturers, these probes can be powered by batteries (included), a universal mains adapter (included), or directly through the oscilloscope if equipped with USB.
The CT4447 Series is cTUVus certified to IEC 61010-031: 2015, ensuring user safety and reliability. For added precision, models with NIST Calibration are available as CT4447-#-NISTCAL.
